Donor Management System
Donor Management System (DMS) was built for a non-profit organisation on behalf of Webcafe (Pty) Ltd. It is a handy management tool aimed at assisting non-profit organisations to keep track of donations from the community or businesses. Key features:
- Easily keep track of donors and manage their details via an intuitive user interface.
- Capture donations and allocate them to the correct donor.
- Once the donations have been captured a receipt can be generated at the click of a button.
- Donation receipts can be created in two languages: English or Afrikaans.
- Create a single 18A Tax Certificate per donation, or a joint 18A Tax Certificate for a specified tax- year.
- NPO, NGO and PBO are supported by the app.
