Donor Management System (DMS) is a handy management tool developed by AeroDev (Pty) Ltd on behalf of Webcafe (Pty) Ltd. Aimed at assisting non-profit organisations to keep track of donations from the community or businesses.

KEY FEATURES

  • Capture donations and allocate them to the correct donor.

  • Once the donations have been captured a receipt can be generated at the click of a button.

  • Donation receipts can be created in two languages: English or Afrikaans.

  • Create a single 18A Tax Certificate per donation, or a joint 18A Tax Certificate for a specified tax- year.

  • NPO, NGO and PBO are supported by the app.
